The left front cab panel below the indicator has a hole through the paint and panel where the metal is torn open. The passenger side front step surround panel is bent and damaged. The driver side mirror arm is secured with rope at the top. The windscreen has a star crack with radiating lines across the glass. The headboard behind the cab shows heavy surface rust and corrosion across its full face. The rear corners of the tray show rust and paint flaking. The rear tailboard panel shows rust and corrosion around the tail light surrounds and edges. The crane equipment box behind the cab shows corrosion along its lower edges with paint peeling and bubbling. The cab interior has artificial grass matting on the floor. The dash, steering wheel and trim show general wear and grime. The driver seat is an ISRI air-suspension unit with cloth upholstery in serviceable condition. The centre and passenger seats show wear to the cloth upholstery.

The front steer tyres are Haulstar HA635 275/70R22.5 with visible tread remaining. The rear drive tyres are a mix of brands including Aurora and Goodride in 275/70R22.5 size with varying tread depths. The rear inner and outer tyres on the left side show moderate tread. The rear tyres on the right side show moderate to worn tread.
