Kobelco SK35SR-6 3.5T Mini Excavator - 3,934 Hours - Enclosed Cab - Swing Boom - SBA Quick Hitch - 3 Buckets + Ripper - Hammer Piping
Kobelco SK35SR-6. 3.5-tonne mini excavator. Zero tail swing. Enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab. Rubber tracks. 3,934 hours. Made in Japan.
Description
The SK35SR-6 is Kobelco's flagship 3.5-tonne mini excavator and the benchmark machine in its class across Australia. Zero tail swing design means it can rotate freely in confined spaces without overhang, making it the go-to choice for residential earthworks, plumbing, landscaping, and tight civil sites. The swing boom provides offset digging capability alongside walls and boundaries. This generation features the Yanmar 3TNV88F diesel engine (18.2kW), colour LCD monitor, and Kobelco's iNDr cooling system for reduced noise.
This unit shows 3,934 hours, which sits at the top end of average for a mini excavator in this class (typical working range 1,500 to 4,000 hours). The rubber tracks show moderate wear with tread lugs still defined but some cracking and surface deterioration visible on the left side. The undercarriage frame, rollers, idlers, and sprockets appear in serviceable condition. The dozer blade has edge wear consistent with regular grading and backfill work. Boom and stick appear straight with no visible cracks, and hydraulic cylinders show no scoring or leaks from photo assessment.
The enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab has intact glass all around but the interior is dirty with general wear. Joystick controls appear functional with no excessive wear. The engine bay shows typical grime for the hours with no visible leaks. The attachment point: SBA QC35-40H1LE hydraulic quick coupler (AS 4772 rated, SN 936337), two trenching buckets (290mm and 270mm), one rock bucket (445mm), and a ripper (490mm), all with 40mm pins and 140mm BTE. Factory hammer piping is fitted, ready for a hydraulic breaker.
