1983 Holden VK Commodore four-door wagon finished in Blue. Right-hand drive configuration with rear-wheel drive, powered by a 202ci (3.3-litre) inline-six petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission (converted from factory automatic). This is not a standard VK wagon. It is a fully outfitted Variety Bash car that has completed five Bashes, with documented charity rally participation history and a build-out that represents serious money and genuine preparation for remote outback travel.

The original L36 202ci inline-six has been retained and paired with a 5-speed manual conversion for better highway cruising and outback flexibility. The tan interior is in honest condition for its age with the headlining in excellent shape and no sagging. Sills and door shuts appear solid with no visible structural rust. All three compliance plates (ADR plate, Holden ID plate and Queensland Transport modification plate) are present and VINs match.



The Bash build is comprehensive. Dual battery system with REDARC battery management, UHF CB radio, LED lightbar on the roof rack, spotlights, fog lights, work lights, amber beacons and an 8-switch auxiliary panel to manage it all. Heavy-duty bull bar with driving lights up front. Full-length steel roof rack with aluminium ladder and rolled awning. Custom dual spare wheel carrier at the rear carrying two full-size spares on matching all-terrain tyres. Maxtrek all-terrain tyres on all four corners. Aftermarket Speco tachometer and auxiliary gauges monitoring water temp and alternator volts. Fire extinguisher fitted.
