The 1964 Cadillac DeVille is one of those rare cars that needs no introduction. Full-size, dramatically styled, with the 7.0-litre (429ci) V8 that Cadillac used to define the word "smooth." Photos confirm this four-door sedan presents well in black, with a strong deep gloss and good panel alignment throughout. Chrome grille, bumpers, headlight bezels, and window surrounds carry appropriate age patina but are intact and presentable. Full-width chrome grille looks solid with no major pitting from the photos available.
The interior shows honest age-appropriate wear with dark navy/black vinyl bench seating front and rear, no major tears visible. Door cards are intact with correct patterned lower sections and chrome trim strips. Dark replacement carpet is fitted. One or more wheel covers are loose inside the rear compartment, indicating they may need refitting. The original Cadillac dashboard with period gauge cluster and steering wheel is present.
