The GD-series Mazda 626 Eclipse is one of those cars that flew under the radar when new and is now quietly disappearing from Australian roads. This third-generation 626 ran from 1987 to 1992 and the Eclipse badge marked the top-spec trim in the local lineup, bringing alloy wheels, power windows and air conditioning as standard.
