Description Another cracking Biante Classics LJ Torana GTR XU-1, this time finished in the distinctive March 17th Green. Where the Mustard Yellow XU-1 is a crowd favourite, the green is arguably rarer as a colour on the real cars, giving this model extra appeal for the serious Torana collector. The XU-1 package turned the LJ Torana into a genuine race-bred weapon, and models in any colour from Biante have a strong following. The model is in excellent condition. The green metallic finish is clean and even, chrome trim and bumper work is sharp, and the interior detail is well-defined through the glass. The model sits in its original styrofoam cradle within the Holden-branded Biante Classics box, which is in very good condition with intact graphics. Certificate of Authenticity confirms edition number 4294 of 9048 produced. While the larger production run of 9048 makes this more accessible than some Biante releases, the LJ XU-1 casting remains a staple for Holden collections and demand stays consistent.
