CAT (Caterpillar) 100.9fm Country V8 Supercar Multi-Signed Polo Shirt - Size XXL

Overview
Vendor Advises - This white collared shirt was signed during Round 5, V8 Supercars Championship on June 11th - 13th, 2004 at Barbagallo Raceway.

11 drivers in total signed the shirt were the best in the country at the time. All drivers have since retired except for Craig Lowndes who actually raced in the Bathurst 1000 last weekend at Mount Panorama. He finished 12th in his Chevy Camaro and has raced 33 times at Mount Panorama, beating Peter Brock's record.

The list of drivers is every impressive and is much sought after with collectors and fans alike. This remarkable rare collection of signatures has never been made available before and has sat in my wardrobe since 2004, protecting it's pristine condition. Now, it's time to pass it on.

The shirt itself has an equally rare and unique quality. Perth radio station 6NR which started in 1979 changed to the FM band in 2003 launching 100.9 fm Country. I was the very first Breakfast Announcer from 2003 until it went off air in 2006. Sadly the station for legal reasons had to close, although it was kept open some time later still using 100.9fm frequency and name, now 100.9 fm Noongar Radio. So the shirt is most likely the only one available from a temporary FM radio station. It was a big thing for a while with advertising on commercial television.

An accompanying two-page printed email dated 24/06/2004 is included, listing the 11 signatories and their respective teams at the time of signing.
